My Best Outfits of 2015 Pt. II

I wore this in the Fall, but this skirt and plaid shirt would've made for a great casual holiday outfit! Too bad it's so cold now :)

My go-to work dress in the summer! Can honestly be dressed up or down.

Comfortable with a little bit of edge. This dress, moto jacket, heels, and purse are definitely closet staples!

Pink is one of my favorite colors. I don't usually WEAR the color, but you can find similar styles here, here, and here.

Fun times in the summertime with this easy sheath dress. No longer available, but dupes can be found here and here.

This dress was the steal of the summer! Only $4. I paired it with a faux leather bomber jacket for a dressed-up casual look. Similar dress here.
Some of these outfits were major bargains! I plan on re-purposing each and everyone one of these clothing items to recreate new styles in the new year! Celebrate tonight, everyone! Hope your last day of 2015 is a memorable one.

My Best Outfits of 2015

Hawaii, of course, provided a beautiful backdrop for some of my fave outfits. Get similar looks ready for next summer. Similar cardigan here, and here.
I've been bundled all winter look. Freezing temps and El Nino related rain has swept the Bay Area. Keep warm! Vest, Jeans, Boots, Scarf.

I'm a sucker for some good buffalo plaid. Shop the look with these items! Poncho, scarf, vest.

This skirt, boots, coat, and turtleneck are Gossip Girl inspired!
I wore this dress multiple times! Now out of stock, but shop similar party looks here, here and here.

This look definitely gave me 70's vibes! Love this top, skirt, and boots.
Here's a round-up of some of my favorite outfits this year. I think overall, my blog grew by leaps and bounds. I invested in a new camera to take higher quality pics, travel provided interesting outfits, experiences and backgrounds... and I made several adjustments to make it easier to link to my looks.
More looks will be added in tomorrow's post!

Winter Boho Vibes

On a relatively calm day (weather-wise), without any wind or rain, I decided to wear a dress! This would be perfect for spring, but since the pattern is darker, it is long-sleeved, and high neck, I thought I could get away with this number on a mild day during December. I paired the dress with OTK boots and later, a black cocoon coat to head out to brunch.

I'm trying to get used to wearing dresses again in preparation for NYE! Do you guys have any plans? I haven't booked anything yet, but a Tahoe trip sounds fun, and many of my friends are going on a yacht to cruise the Bay. I have options, so we'll just wait and see!

Lit Up Like A Christmas Tree

Hope you all had an amazing Christmas! Mine was filled with good food & good company. I had the day off, and I caught up on some much needed rest!

I got this dress awhile back, and have since worn it to a handful of Christmas parties this season. The first time I wore it, I was told I "looked like a Christmas tree"... which is a compliment? Maybe? Haha. Anyway, this is a very festive dress, and I love love love the crochet details and color. Can't wait to wear it next season, too!

Crochet Dress (sold out- love this!) | Nude Pumps | Red Lip (Ruby Woo) | Purse (similar) | Earrings

Merry Christmas 2015!

Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope your holiday is filled with laughter, light, and loved ones. May you find joy and happiness. I hope this year is better than the last- and I hope you all get everything you wanted...whether it's a new sweater, quality time with mom, or your favorite sugar cookie.

I will be spending the day brunching on my favorite breakfast foods, opening gifts, telling jokes, listening to Christmas songs, and eating a delicious ham dinner prepared by my grandma!

Santa's Helper

How cute and festive is this sweater?? Seriously wondering if it's appropriate to wear after the holidays, but given the weather we've been having in the Bay, I'm sure it will still get lots of wear.

City Blue

I love winter layering, and I love mixing and matching prints, textures, and pieces to create the perfect outfit. I love love LOVE my vests- they add an extra pop to all of my outfits and make them look more interesting than what they really are.

Did you all finish your Christmas shopping?? Just have to get my dad, and wrap a few more gifts. I'm so thrilled to just chill with family and eat some holiday favorites! Christmas can't come soon enough!

Wear To Work: Quilted Coat

Hey everyone! Wanted to share a quick holiday work look with you all. I picked up this quilted coat @ J. Crew Factory. Let me tell is perfect! The gold buttons make it look a lot more expensive than it is- it reminds me of the Burberry version. It's good for wet weather, and it's fitted, so it's not super bulky and unflattering.

I wore this to the holiday potluck at work. I was comfy, and the outfit was plenty generous hiding all the food I ate :)
