This outfit screams V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N! But alas, my travels only took me as far south as San Mateo :) It was a very humid day in the Bay, near 80 degrees, and sky conditions were mixed. Even if there were a few clouds.... my skirt certainly brought the sunshine!
