These Boots, Though

We're getting closer & closer to Christmas!!! During the holidays, I'm out & about more than any other time of year. This year is no exception. I love seeing how the streets are decorated and buzzing with cheerful residents. My trip to Jack London Square in Oakland this week was truly nostalgic. I grew up going to the movie theatre there with my granny, and we used to eat at what, at the time, was Uno Pizzeria. 

A lot has changed. There's been a bunch of business turnover, and frankly, even during the weekend, the streets are empty. This part of town has so much potential, I'd really like to see it thrive again. I kept it casual with a buffalo plaid flannel, black pants, and these KILLER Louise Et Cie boots.
