Flashing Lights

A little neon never hurt anybody! I have really been feeling the neon lately.. From my neon pink summer dress, to my neon orange bikini, to this top... I just can't get enough. Highlighter yellow is a fun and bold color when you're really feeling confident. The tank pretty much speaks for itself, so I kept the rest of the outfit simple.. except for the necklace!
